换一批摘要肛管直肠周围解剖结构复杂，易发生肿瘤性和非肿瘤性疾病，其中部分非肿瘤性疾病形态上与肿瘤性病变有相似之处，易误诊为肿瘤，导致过度治疗。本文主要对具有诊断挑战性的肛管直肠非肿瘤性病变的病理诊断特点进行阐述，包括炎性泄殖腔性息肉、孤立性直肠溃疡综合征、肠黏膜子宫内膜异位症及感染性直肠炎。

abstractsThe anatomical structures of the perianal and perirectal regions are complex and prone to neoplastic and non-neoplastic lesions. Some non-neoplastic lesions may show morphological similarities with neoplastic lesions, potentially resulting in misdiagnosis and unnecessary treatment. This article focuses on the pathological diagnostic features of challenging non-neoplastic lesions in the anorectal region, including inflammatory cloacogenic polyp, solitary rectal ulcer syndrome, endometriosis of the intestinal mucosa and infectious proctitis.
