摘要我国高原地区由于受特殊低氧环境和相对落后的医疗技术水平等原因,急性高原病如急性高原反应、高原肺水肿和高原脑水肿等死亡率较高的常见病、多发病,因得不到及时诊断而耽误了最佳治疗时机。 POCT因其便于携带、操作简单快速可以弥补这一短板,因此,非常适合在我国高原地区各医疗机构的推广应用。但应针对高原低氧的特殊环境,建立一套关于POCT仪器性能维护、人员培训以及质量控制的管理体系,在保证设备能正常运行的同时,提高其准确性,使POCT项目能更好的发挥在我国高原地区医疗、急救及预防保健等方面的作用。

abstractsIn plateau region of China , acute mountain sickness , high altitude pulmonary edema and high altitude cerebral edema are common diseases with high mortality among acute high -altitude diseases.Due to the special low oxygen environment and relatively backward medical technologies , patients without timely diagnosis would miss the optimal treatment timing.Point-of-care testing ( POCT ) could meet these requirements because of its portability and operability , and is suitable for popularization and application in medical institutions located in plateau region.In order to give full play to the role of POCT in medical , emergency and preventive health care in highland areas , a management system including instrument maintenance , personnel training , and quality control should be established according to the special geographical environment and medical resources , to make the equipment work perfectly and accurately.
