摘要临床检验专业医疗质量控制指标(质量指标)是对一组固有特征满足要求的程度的衡量,它可用于监测和评价检验全过程(检验前、检验中和检验后阶段)中各个关键步骤的性能满足要求的程度,通过量化各个阶段的质量水平,继而有针对性地持续改进.为进一步加强医疗质量管理,规范临床诊疗行为,促进医疗服务的标准化、同质化,国家卫生计生委于2015年发布了包含检验全过程的15项临床检验专业医疗质量控制指标(国卫办医函[2015]252号).

abstractsQuality control indicator in clinical laboratory is defined as the measure of the degree of a set of inherent characteristics fulfils requirements.It is a powerful tool for laboratory quality improvement which can be used to monitor and evaluate the performance throughout critical aspects of pre-examination, examination and post-examination processes.Targeted quality improvement can be obtained by quantizing the quality levels in each phase with the use of quality control indicators.To enhance the quality management of health care, regulate the behavior of clinical diagnosis and treatment, and promote the standardization and harmonization of medical service, National Health and Family Planning Commission has published 15 quality indicators in clinical laboratory.Interpretation, internal monitoring, and external assessment of these quality indicators are stated in this artide to provide reference for clinical laboratories.
