摘要骨代谢异常是指由多种因素引起的骨组织中钙、磷等矿物质、成骨细胞和/或破骨细胞功能异常.FGF23-Klotho轴在骨-肾-甲状旁腺轴中起重要作用,参与调控骨矿物质代谢;同时FGF23-Klotho轴还影响维生素D和甲状旁腺素的合成和分泌.随着研究的深入,FGF23-Klotho轴有望成为骨代谢紊乱诊断和治疗的新靶点.

abstractsSkeletal metabolic disorder refers to multi-factors caused by bone tissue calcium, phosphorus and other minerals,osteoblasts and(or)osteoclast dysfunction.The FGF23-Klotho axis plays an important role in the bone-kidney-parathyroid axis and is involved in the regulation of bone mineral metabolism.At the same time, FGF23-Klotho axis affects the synthesis and secretion of vitamin D and parathyroid hormone.With the deepening of research,the FGF23-Klotho axis is promising to be the target of diagnosis and treatment of bone metabolic disorders.
