换一批摘要脑脊液(CSF)是与中枢神经系统关系最为密切的体液.与其他样本相比,CSF的成分能够直接反映中枢神经系统(CNS)的病变.CSF病原体核酸检测对CNS感染的诊断效果明显优于传统的检测方法.CSF中循环肿瘤DNA(ctDNA)非常有希望成为原发性脑肿瘤和转移性脑肿瘤的诊断和监测标志物.
