摘要阴道微生态检测不仅可以准确、快速诊断各种单一阴道炎症及混合感染,减少漏诊率和误诊率,而且还对治疗后是否需要应用阴道微生态调节剂具有指导意义.目前阴道微生态检测采用以形态学为主、功能学为辅的诊断模式.功能学检测需要统一规范和进行质控,微生物代谢产物单独用于阴道感染的诊断仍需进一步的临床研究.(中华检验医学杂志,2018,41:256-258)

abstractsThe evaluation of vaginal microecology has certain advantages in the accurate and rapid diagnosis of single vaginitis and mixed vaginal infections,which can reduce the rates of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Moreover, this evaluation can guide the application of vaginalmicroeclogial modulators after treatment for vaginitis.At present, the currentevaluation of vaginal microecology is mainly based on morphology mainly, and supplemented by functional testing.However, functional testing needs regulation and quality control,and further clinical research is needed for the diagnosis of vaginal infections based on microbial metabolites alone.(Chin J Lab Med,2018,41:256-258)
