abstractsInflammatory bowel disease ( IBD) is a group of autoimmune diseases mainly involving the digestive tract. Regulating and inhibiting immune response is the main content of drug therapy . Currently , drugs for IBD mainly include aminosalicylic acid , glucocorticoids , immunosuppressive agents and biological agents .To evaluate efficacy and monitor drug adverse reaction , laboratory examinations should be performed regularly during treatment of IBD .
