摘要乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）前-S/S区基因可编码产生外膜大蛋白、中蛋白及小蛋白，不同蛋白表达水平及其构成比对于HBV感染的诊断、治疗及转归均具有一定影响。厘清外膜大蛋白、中蛋白及小蛋白作为血清标志物的作用，探明其在HBV感染诊治中的价值具有重要意义。本文就HBV 3种外膜蛋白的表达情况、检测方法及临床意义作一综述。

abstractsThe pre-S/S gene of hepatitis B virus (HBV) can encode for the production of large, medium and small surface protein. Different protein expression levels and their composition ratios have certain influences on the diagnosis, treatment and outcome of HBV infection. It is of great significance to clarify the functions of large, medium and small surface protein as serum markers and to explore their value in the diagnosis and treatment of HBV infection. In this paper, the expression status, detection methods and clinical significance of the three HBV proteins were reviewed.
