摘要梅毒的血清学检测结果是临床诊断梅毒的主要依据。关于临床实验室梅毒血清学检测的流程，国内外都制定了相应的指南，我国也出台了卫生行业标准和各级卫生行政部门的一系列相关指导性文件。目前，不同地区不同机构的临床医生常根据自己的偏好或实验室现有检测试剂选择不同检测流程，甚至只依赖一种血清学试验方法，使得梅毒的漏检和误诊时有发生，这不仅影响梅毒的规范化诊疗和防控，也给就诊患者的身心健康带来伤害。为此，中国性病艾滋病防治协会性病防治专业委员会牵头组织国内本领域专家研讨，结合梅毒血清学检测的特点，在详细解读各种梅毒血清学检测技术和检测流程的基础上，形成临床实验室梅毒血清学检测流程指南，并对该领域的发展方向提出了展望。

abstractsSerological testing result is the primary basis for diagnosing syphilis in clinic. Both domestic and international clinical laboratory guidelines for syphilis testing procedure have been established, and relevant health industry standards have been launched in China and also a series of guiding documents by health authorities. Currently, clinicians in different regions and institutions often select testing protocols based on personal preferences or available laboratory reagents, sometimes relying solely on a single serological testing method, leading to frequent occurrences of missed diagnoses and misdiagnosis, which not only hinders standardized diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of syphilis but also adversely affects patients′ physical and mental health. Therefore, the Specific Committee of STD Prevention and Control, Chinese Association of STD and AIDS Prevention and Control convened a discussion among domestic experts in the field. Combining the characteristics of syphilis serological tests, and based on a detailed interpretation of various syphilis serological technologies and procedures for syphilis testing, this guideline of clinical lab procedures for syphilis testing was developed. The document also outlines the future directions of development in this field.
