摘要粪便检验对于消化系统疾病筛查、寄生虫感染诊断及结直肠癌早期发现具有不可替代的重要价值。然而，相对其他常规检验而言，粪便检验全流程的规范化管理相对滞后，一定程度上会影响粪便检验结果的一致化进程。近年来，随着检验医学的飞速发展，从标本采集与保存、传统方法学到自动化智能化技术的应用、再到检验报告解读以及质量保证，粪便检验的高质量和达成区域间结果互认正面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。应重视国内外粪便检验的现状，深入探讨粪便标本采集处理、检验方法学选择、自动化设备性能验证以及检验报告内容呈现等关键环节的规范化路径，同时针对性地提出全流程规范化建议，以期推进不同实验室间的粪便检验结果一致化，实现粪便检验的质量提升。

abstractsFecal examination plays an indispensable and significant role in screening digestive system diseases, diagnosing parasitic infections, and early detection of colorectal cancer. However, compared to other routine laboratory tests, the regularization of the entire fecal examination process has been relatively underdeveloped, which to some extent effects of the progress of achieving harmonization of test results across different laboratories. In recent years, with the rapid development of laboratory medicine, high-quality and the achievement of cross-regional result recognition of fecal examination is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges, including specimen collection and preservation, the application of traditional methodologies and automated intelligent technologies, the interpretation of test reports, and quality assurance. By systematically reviewing the current status of fecal examination at home and abroad, we deeply discuss the regularization pathways for key links such as collection and processing, selection of test methodologies, performance verification of fecal automated equipment, and the presentation of report contents. Meanwhile, targeted suggestions for full-process regularization are put forward to promote the harmonization of fecal test results among different laboratories and improve the quality of fecal examination.
