摘要通过阐述研究机构伦理审查制度建设中各个方面的一般原则及存在的问题,就现有伦理评审委员会进行的伦理审查项目中涉及的两个难点问题进行了初步探讨,对加强研究机构伦理评审委员会的建设提出建议.
