摘要国家自然科学基金的申请竞争越来越激烈,为了解申请项目未获资助的原因,进一步提高中标率,对肿瘤医院2004-2008年未获资助的国家自然科学基金申请书的同行评议意见进行总结分析.结果 显示,91份申请书中立项依据、研究内容、研究方案、创新性、工作基础与研究队伍、申请书撰写等部分均存在不同程度的不足.通过分析申请书未获资助的原因,科研管理部门可以采取相应对策,有针对性地避免上述部分的不足,提高申请书的质量,为进一步提高中标率奠定基础.

abstractsIt is getting very competitive in the application to Natural Science Foundation of China.To improve the chances of success in the application, we summarized and analyzed the peer review opinions for the 91 failed applications from 2004 to 2008. Problems were disclosed for these application projects in scientific significance, research content, research design, novelty, preparative research, research group,and application writing. Countermeasures were proposed for the department of research to improve the application quality.
