abstractsTo enforce the application of medical techniques in the primary hospital so as to improve clinical quality and ensure clinical safety, we established the evaluation criteria for admittance of medical techniques class Ⅰ and the incentive system for new technique application. When both systems were applied, favorable results were obtained.
