摘要图书馆针对科研管理需求具有明确性和周期性的特点,根据科研管理部门的职责,将信息服务划分为若干流程,形成较为固定的信息服务模式.其中包括面向科研计划和中长期规划的制定、科研管理制度的制定以及同行交流与合作的多个服务流程.
