摘要目的 了解广西2003-2013年高质量医学学术论文的发表情况,为广西今后的学术发展方向和科学研究工作提供定量参考依据.方法 以中国生物医学文献光盘数据库(CBMdisc)和Web of Science核心核集数据库为数据源,应用文献计量学原理和方法,对广西2003-2013年高质量医学学术论文从发文量及年度分布、学科分布、基金分布、机构分布、高发文量作者分布、高被引频次论文分布等6个方面进行统计分析与评价.结果 (1)广西近10年来SCI论文1 056篇,中华系列期刊论文3 093篇,中文核心期刊论文17 154篇.(2)高质量论文以预防医学及卫生学、中国医学和内科学为主.(3)高质量论文主要来源于基金课题,其中SCI收录的基金论文以国家级基金论文为主,占58.39％,中华系列期刊和中文核心期刊以省部级基金论文为主,各占37.40％和43.29％.(4)高质量论文的机构分布主要集中在广西医科大学第一附属医院.(5)高发文量核心作者大部分来自于医学院校和附属医院.(6)高被引频次论文以内科、外科、流行病学、护理及综述性论文占多数.结论 广西近10年来高质量医学学术论文虽然呈逐年递增趋势,但与全国平均水平尤其是发达省(区)市比较相差甚远,需采取综合措施为今后争取更多高质量论文发表提供人、才、物和政策支持.

abstractsObjective In order to understand the published situation of high-quality medical papers of Guangxi in 2003-2013 and provide the reference for academic development and scientific research in Guangxi.Methods An analysis was performed on the hight-quality medical papers published by authors in Guangxi in 2003-2013 with CBMdisc and Web of Science as the data source using the bibliometric principles and method in terms of the distribution of publication years,subjects,founds,institutions,the core authors and total citation.Results (1) There were 1 056 papers in SCI journals,3 093 papers in journals of Chinese series medical association and 17 154 papers in Chinese core journals published by authors in Guangxi in nearly 10 years.(2)Preventive medicine and hygiene,chinese medicine,internal medicine was main in the subjects distribution of hight-quality medical papers.(3)The hight-quality medical papers come from found projects,including national founds papers in SCI-journals,account for 58.39％oo;provincinal founds papers in the journals of Chinese association,account for 37.40％ and the papers in Chinese core journals,accound for 43.29％.(4)The first Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University was main in the institution distribution.(5)The medical college and affiliated hospital was main in the core anthors.(6)Internal medicine,surgery,epidemiology,mursing and review of papers was main in the total citation.Conclusions The hight-quality medical papers are raising in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 2003-2013,but the level of papers is lower than the national average level,especially that in developed provinces municipality and regions.In order to taking more and better high-quality papers,we are must take the comprehensive measures and provide with human resoure,money,meterial and plicy supports.
