微等离子束技术与铒激光像束模式治疗陈旧性烧伤瘢痕的疗效比较
Comparison of effectiveness between micro-plasma technology and 2940 nm Er ∶ YAG laser in treatment of burn scar
摘要目的 评价微等离子束技术(micro-plasma technology,MPT)与铒激光像束模式(2940 nm Er∶YAG laser)治疗陈旧性轻度和中度烧伤瘢痕的临床疗效、适应证及不良反应.方法 265例随机分为2组,MPT组136例,Er∶YAG组129例.分别治疗2~6次.结果 MPT组与Er∶YAG组的有效率分别为73.52%和44.95%,治愈率分别为28.67%和15.50%,两组总体疗效比较,差异有统计学意义,其中172例轻度瘢痕患者,MPT组与Er∶YAG组的有效率分别为78.52%和67.09 %;MPT组疗效虽略优于Er∶YAG组,但差异无统计学意义;93例中度瘢痕患者,MPT组与Er∶YAG组的有效率分别为62.79%和10.00%,MPT组疗效显著优于Er∶YAG组,两组比较差异有统计学意义.结论 MPT和Er∶YAG治疗轻度烧伤瘢痕均有可靠疗效,且不良反应小.治疗中度瘢痕MPT的疗效显著优于Er∶YAG.
