摘要目的 探讨风筝样皮瓣修复眼睑及其周围皮肤软组织缺损的效果.方法 2011-2017年,内蒙古自治区呼伦贝尔市人民医院医疗美容科眼周皮肤病患者50例,年龄16～70岁,在眼睑及其周围切除皮损后缺损部位,设计三角形(风筝样)皮瓣修复.结果 50例伤口均一期愈合,皮瓣全部成活.随访1～5年,切口瘢痕不明显,无组织器官移位,两侧眼睑、眉毛形态自然,外观对称满意.结论 眼睑及其皮肤软组织缺损采用风筝样皮瓣进行修复,简单易行,效果较好.

abstractsObjective To explore the application of "kite" flap in soft tissue defect of eyelid and periocular skin.Methods A triangular ("kite") flap was designed in close proximity to the defect after eyelid and periocular skin lesions.Under orbicular muscle or fascia,the flap with muscle or fascia was removed.Since 2011,we have selected 50 patients aged 16-70 years.Results All incisions were primary healing,no recurrence of the lesion and all flaps survived,Follow up for 1 to 5 years showed that the scar of the incision was not obvious,no tissue organ was displaced,and the form of the eyelid and eyebrow on both sides was naturally smooth and symmetrical.Conclusions For the soft tissue defect of the eyelid and periocular skin,not suitable for direct suture,the "kite" flap can be used for the repair,which is simple and easy,with ideal results.
