摘要目的:探讨一种简便、安全、有效的治疗复杂性创伤性文身的方法，评估远期疗效。方法:2013年10月至2017年6月，解放军第960医院及连云港市第一人民医院烧伤整形科选择复杂性创伤性文身患者8例，男5例，女3例；年龄18～42岁，平均29岁。在局部肿胀麻醉下经环钻钻取皮肤全层创伤性文身，留置创面自然愈合，创面外敷生肌育肤膏保湿促进伤口愈合，多次换药至创面愈合。结果:8例患者全部获得成功，未出现术中和术后并发症。1年后随访，均获得满意效果，无明显瘢痕形成。结论:环钻环切法治疗创伤性文身是一种操作简便、创伤轻微、并发症少、经济安全、效果较好的方法，尤其适合面部复杂创伤性文身，值得临床应用。

abstractsObjective:To develop a simple, safe and effective surgical treatment of complextraumatic tattoos and to evaluate the long-term results.Methods:Eight patients with complextraumatic tattoos from October 2013 to June 2017, were chosen for this study. The operations were carried out under local tumescent anesthesia and the traumatic tattoos were removed with full-thickness skin by skin biopsy punches. The wound was covered with Shengji Yufu Ointment until healing.Results:All patients got good recover from the successful operations and no early complications occurred in this group. 8 patients were followed up one year postoperation and they all obtained ideal outcomes. No clear scar was notet in the skin.Conclusions:The wound self-healing treatment of complex traumatic tattoos with skin biopsy punches could obtain ideal outcomes and the scar is not obvious. The long term results prove that the surgical procedure in this paper has the advantages of less injury, simple, safe and effective. It provides a new way of thinking and method for treating complex traumatic tattoo in clinic, especially suitable for facial complex traumatic tattoo, and worth to clinical promotion.
