摘要为了探讨在携带乳腺癌易感基因（BRCA1）突变基因的乳腺癌家族中是否同时具有Plakoglobin基因的改变，应用聚合酶链反应（PCR）和双向直接测序方法，对家族性乳腺癌中有乳腺癌易感基因BRCA1突变的两个德国家族成员的Plakoglobin基因多态性进行研究。结果表明，两个家族67%（6/9）有Plakoglobin基因多态性改变，且不同的BRCA1基因突变亦伴随不同形式的Plakoglobin基因多态性。为研究乳腺癌的分子遗传学病因积累了资料。

abstractsThis study sought to address the question whether there are changes of the Plakoglobin gene in the families of breast cancer with the mutation of BRCA1 gene. We analyzed the polymorphisms of the Plakoglobin gene in two German families of breast cancer with the mutation of the BRC1 gene, using the methods of polymerase chain reaction and bidirectional sequencing. The data showed the polymorphism of Plakoglobin in the two families accounted for sixty-seven percent (6/9), and there were various changes of polymorphisms with the mutational patterns of BRCA1 gene.
