建立附属医院专业技术职务聘任临床技能考核评价模式的思考
Reflection on mode of clinical skills examination and evaluation for appointment of professional and technical posts in hospital affiliated to medical school
摘要阐述了附属医院与地方医院相比,高校附属医院具有双重的社会角色,它既是教学医院又是医疗单位,每一位医务工作者同时肩负着教学、科研和医疗三大任务.根据附属医院在综合性大学的相对独立性、专业技术岗位的特殊性以及岗位任务的多重性等特征,针对当前专业技术职务聘任考核过程中,临床技能考核评价标准缺乏客观性及操作性不强这一难题,并以此为突破口,对构建符合附属医院特征的临床技能量化考核评价标准提出新的思路和模式.
