摘要介绍了健康体检种类与需求.体检信息系统要与临床信息系统实现无缝连接,除具备体检所需功能外,还要具备门诊医生工作站及住院医生工作站的部分功能.体检流程设置:团体体检流程为电子、电话或人工预登记→人工或自动分组→领取体检手册及ID号条码→采集检验标本→做检查和检验→分科体检→结果自动返回主检医生工作站→接受主检医师建议→接收或领取电子或纸质体检健康档案→结帐.个人流程为收费在领取体检手册及ID号条码之前,其余与团体相同.

abstractsThe present article addresses types of physical examination (PE) and demands.CompLete integration of an information system for PE and that of clinical medicine requires that, beside sall facilities for PE, some functions of physician station in outpatient as well as inpatient departments be available. Structure of PE processes include: a group PE process that follows the steps of appointments by Internet, telephone or staff → automatic or manual grouping→receiving ID bar code and manual of PE → receiving either electronic or paper bill for PE and pay; and an individual PE process that follows the same steps as group PE except that fee paying goes before receiving ID bar code and manual of PE.
