abstractsIn medical researches,large-scale collaborations spanning institutions and disciplines have emerged a key pattern for tackling major research subjects.Contract writing for medical research collaboration,as a legal means to address the rights and obligations of the parties,should be fair,reasonable,scientific and strict as much as possible.The author probed into problems found in current writing of medical research contracts,and came up with corresponding remedies.
