摘要介绍了上海市松江区对医院及社区卫生服务中心补偿机制的探索经验,主要是由政府增加卫生财政的投入,提供资金保障,明确符合百姓健康需求的医疗机构建设与投入导向,建立按承担任务、服务量和单项目进行补偿的方法,并综合考虑既有编制、工作量、人口及地域面积等因素,从而使补偿机制更加因地制宜,体现公平合理.

abstractsThe paper introduced the exploration made by Shanghai SongJiang District in its compensation mechanism for public hospitals and community health centers.This attempt aimed at increasing government financial support,identifying public health needs in the development of public medical institutions,developing the compensatory measures to fit the task completed,and the service provided and individual items.It took such factors as the present personnel,workload,population and area taken into account.All these are designed to make the mechanism more appropriate and fair.
