摘要通过对陕西省榆林地区县级公立医院改革的调研,应用公共行政管理相关理论,探讨和分析了县级公立医院改革中的政府投入行为、县级公立医院运行机制与政府监管路径的现状及多元化办医格局的进展情况,提出要在县级公立医院改革中构建责任的、有限的服务型政府.
