摘要通过对现行26种医学科技成果社会奖励的深度分析,从中获取这类奖项目前存在的问题,包括准官方性质导致独立性缺失、资金来源渠道狭窄导致经费紧张、尚未分层导致派生待遇问题模糊不清、企业参与度不够导致设立主体单一和对外开放程度不高导致国际奖少.在此基础上,提出要加强社会奖励的法治化建设以推进设立主体进一步“法人化”、拓宽企业参与社会奖励渠道以推进企业参与进一步“显性化”、控制社会奖励规模与种类以推进奖项发展进一步“品牌化”和加大社会奖励国际合作力度以推进奖项发展进一步“国际化”的优化路径.

abstractsA deep analysis of the present 26 non-government awards on medical technology achievements was made to probe into setbacks in access to such awards.The findings include lack of independence due to the semi-official nature,tight budget caused by limited funding sources,variety of award sizes due to lack of levels,less corporate involvement to result in less sponsors,and lack of international awards due to unsatisfactory international awareness.The authors recommend such optimal paths as laws and regulations to regulate such awards to be hosted by legal persons,incentives for more enterprises participation to make the awards a public highlight among enterprises,control over the size and types of such awards for better branding,and greater efforts in international collaboration to make international awards.
