摘要介绍了上海建设临床信息交换共享平台，即“医联工程”的设计思路及基本情况。“医联工程”通过信息技术创新和服务模式创新，实现了38家市级医院间的互联互通和临床信息的实时共享，为全面推进市级公立医院综合改革提供了有利支撑。
