换一批摘要医德规范作为他律的行为准则，对于维系医患信任具有重要意义。本研究在比较分析国内外医德规范的信任内容、实地调查首都城市大医院医患信任和医德品质现状的基础上，从内、外因的角度辨析医德规范应用中医患信任“善”意不足的原因，最后从他律入手，提出完善医德规范对医患信任“品塑”功能的对策建议。

abstractsAs a heteronomy,the code of medical ethics plays an important role in sustaining the trust between physicians and patients.Based on a comparative analysis of the domestic and foreign codes of medical ethics,and field survey on such trust at tertiary hospitals in Beijing,as well as medical providers’moral characteristics,this article analyzed the causes that “goodwill”is insufficient in the trust in terms of internal and external factors;and then,in respect of heteronomy as a basis,it put forward suggestions to improve code of medical ethics in order to rebuild such trust.
