摘要借鉴系统理论学中的系统论、控制论和信息论，对医院医疗质量管理体系进行系统化设计，并通过授权管理、环节质控、指标监测、医疗安全管理、电子病历质控和信息交互六大平台，对医疗活动中产生的数据进行全面系统、及时有效的分析和控制，实现医疗质量与安全的系统化、信息化和精准化管理。最后以院内会诊管理为例介绍了六大平台在医疗质量管理中的应用。

abstractsBased on system theory, cybernetics and information theory, Tongji Hospital systematically designed the medical quality management system.This system included six platforms, namely authorized management platform, process control platform, indicators monitoring platform, medical safety management platform,health electronic record quality control platform and information exchange platform.And Tongji Hospital managed medical quality through comprehensive,timely and effective analysis and control of the medical data. In the end, this paper introduced the hospital consultation as an application example of six platforms in the medical quality management.
