摘要围绕日间手术服务质量安全管理,通过比较国际日间手术管理模式、管理标准,借助文献分析法探讨我国日间手术运行与管理过程中存在的突出问题,梳理质量安全管理关键环节和关键要素,结合我国医院日间手术管理实际需求,在借鉴国外日间手术管理标准的基础上,研究建立适合我国医院的日间手术质量安全管理标准,为我国医院日间手术服务管理提供基本遵循,为医院日间手术服务评价提供依据.

abstractsThis paper identified outstanding problems, key points and elements in domestic ambulatory surgery operation and management, regarding quality and safety management of ambulatory surgery services, by means of comparing international ambulatory surgery management models and management standards. In view of actual needs of ambulatory surgery management at China′s hospitals, and overseas ambulatory surgical management standards, the authors attempted to build the standard of quality and safety management of ambulatory surgery, for reference of China′s hospitals in their surgery management and appraisal.
