摘要随着医院发展从资源驱动型向内涵驱动型转化,日间诊疗在我国得到快速发展.结合全国2018年"改善医疗服务行动计划第四季擂台赛"的76个日间诊疗典型案例,对我国医疗机构在日间诊疗服务的病例管理、组织管理及管理制度的创新举措进行梳理和总结,了解我国日间诊疗服务供给工作取得的成效,并分析日间诊疗发展面临的问题,为日间诊疗模式的发展提供中国经验.

abstractsHospitals in China are evolving from the development pattern of resource-driven to connotation-driven, which propels the rapid growth of ambulatory care in the country.In consideration of the 76 typical ambulatory care cases presented at the Fourth Championship under China Healthcare Improvement Initiative(the Initiative), the authors studied and summed up innovations of China′s hospitals in their case management, organizational management and institutional management.Their efforts aim to understand the success of ambulatory care provision and analyze problems in this regard, for contributing to this model with China-unique experiences.
