摘要《医疗技术临床应用管理办法》于2018年11月1日正式实行。在国家医疗技术临床应用管理制度调整的大背景下，作者通过对全国8个省份30家三级公立医院医疗技术临床应用管理及评估的调研以及其他资料收集整理分析，总结我国三级公立医院医疗技术临床应用管理与评估现状，分析存在的问题，尝试为我国医疗技术管理与评估制度优化及体系建设提供有益参考。

abstractsNew " management measures and regulations for medical technology clinical use and research" was officially implemented on November 1, 2018. Under the background of the adjustment of the national medical technology clinical application management system, the authors collected and analyzed the research on the clinical application management and evaluation of medical technology from 30 tertiary public hospitals in 8 provinces, as well as other data, summarized the current status and problems, attempted to provide reference for the optimization and system construction of medical technology management and evaluation system in China.
