某公立医院单病种智能上报与质控平台的构建与应用
Construction and application of intelligent reporting and quality control platform for single disease of a public hospital
摘要在国家进一步加强单病种质量管理与控制工作的背景下,公立医院亟需保障单病种数据上报的准确性与完整性,减轻医务人员填报工作量,提升单病种管理质量。2022年6月,某三级甲等医院在医院大数据平台的基础上,利用病历结构化、逻辑运算及规则引擎等技术构建了单病种智能上报与质控平台,包括数据平台层、核心处理层、业务数据层和应用层,实现了单病种事中质控、智能采集与上报以及单病种质量管理分析。截至2023年9月,某医院单病种智能上报与质控平台纳入了55个单病种,单病种上报数据平均自动采集率为98.5%,平均上报时间由平台应用前的30.0 min降至应用后的3.3 min。该平台提高了医院单病种数据上报效率,规范了单病种诊疗流程,可为其他医院加强单病种质量管理提供借鉴。

abstractsWith the background of further strengthening the quality management and control of single disease in our country, public hospitals urgently need to ensure the accuracy and completeness of single disease data reporting, reduce the filling workload of medical personnel, and improve the quality of single disease management. In June 2022, a tertiary hospital built an intelligent reporting and quality control platform for single diseases based on the hospital′s big data platform, using technologies such as medical record structuring, logical operations, and rule engines. The platform included a data platform layer, core processing layer, business data layer, and application layer, achieving single disease in-process quality control, intelligent collection and reporting, and single disease quality management analysis. As of September 2023, the single disease intelligent reporting and quality control platform had included 55 single diseases. The average automatic collection rate of single disease reporting data was 98.5%, and the average reporting time had decreased from 30.0 minutes before the platform application to 3.3 minutes after its application. This platform had improved the efficiency of single disease data reporting in hospital, standardized the diagnosis and treatment process of single disease, which could provide references for other hospitals to strengthen the quality management of single disease.
