摘要目的 研究生物钟基因Per2在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学染色法检测60例NSCLC组织和20例正常肺组织中Per2蛋白的表达,分析其表达与NSCLC临床病理特征的关系.结果 NSCLC和正常肺组织中Per2蛋白的阳性表达率分别为71.7％ (43/60)和95.0％ (19/20),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).Per2表达与NSCLC分化程度和TMN分期相关(P＜0.05).结论 Per2在NSCLC组织中表达降低,Per2在NSCLC的发生和发展中起重要作用.

abstractsObjective To detect the expression of Per2 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),and analyze its clinical significance.Methods The expression of Per2 was determined in 60 NSCLC and 20 normal lung tissues by immunohistochemical assay,and the relationship between Per2 expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of Per2 in NSCLC and normal lung tissues were 71.7％ and 95.0％,respectively (P ＜ 0.05).The expression of Per2 in NSCLC was correlated with pathological differentiation and TNM stage (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The expression of Per2 in NSCLC is decreased.The negative expression of Per2 may contribute to the development and invasion in NSCLC.
