摘要随着外科技术和腹腔镜技术的进步,微创外科理念逐渐深入人心,腹腔镜微创技术应用于胃癌根治术已被广大外科医师认可.近年来,吲哚菁绿( ICG)标记的近红外荧光腹腔镜技术逐渐应用于胃癌手术治疗中,此技术克服了腹腔镜下缺少触觉的弊端,使胃癌腹腔镜手术更加精准化、微创化.文章中介绍了ICG的注射方法,并探讨了荧光腹腔镜在胃癌手术操作中的应用效果,主要包括早期胃癌的术中肿瘤定位、前哨淋巴结活检、进展期胃癌的淋巴结导航清扫以及消化道重建过程中胃肠血流灌注评估.

abstractsObjective With the development of laparoscopic surgery technique, the concept of minimally invasive surgery has gradually gained popularity. Laparoscopic minimally invasive technique applied in the treatment of gastric cancer has been recognized by surgeons. In recent years, the indocyanine green labeled near?infrared fluorescence laparoscopic technique has been gradually applied to the surgical treatment of gastric cancer. This technique overcomes the drawbacks of tactile lack of laparoscopic surgery and makes the laparoscopic surgery of gastric cancer more precise and minimally invasive. This article introduces the injection method of indocyanine green and discusses the application of fluorescent laparoscopy in gastric cancer surgery, including intraoperative tumor localization of early gastric cancer, sentinel lymph node biopsy, lymph node navigation of advanced gastric cancer, digestive tract reconstruction and gastrointestinal blood perfusion assessment during the procedure.
