摘要近年来乳房假体相关的间变性大细胞淋巴瘤(BIA-ALCL)成为学者们关注的焦点.介绍了BIA-ALCL的流行病学特征;回顾了其假体置人手术及假体相关特征;简述了其临床表现、诊断、治疗方法,总结了其疾病机制的研究进展.总而言之,对于BIA-ALCL不仅需要整形外科医师提高警惕、规范病例收集与报告,还需要多学科协作诊治和共同研究.

abstractsIn recent years,breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL) has become the research focus of many specialists in the field.This study introduces the epidemiological features of BIA-ALCL,reviewing the characteristics of prosthesis implantation and prosthesis and briefly describing its clinical manifestations,diagnosis,and treatment.Additionally,the research progress of its disease mechanism was summarized.Altogether,BIA-ALCL not only requires plastic surgeons to be vigilant and to regulate the collection and reporting of cases,but also requires them to use a multidisciplinary approach for conducting thorough research.
