摘要A型肉毒毒素注射在国内广泛应用于改善面部皱纹及轮廓修饰,其疗效和安全性获得广泛的研究证据支持.该共识征集了数十位医生的临床经验,针对怎样优化肉毒毒素在面部医学美容方面的注射进行讨论,并形成了专家共识,同时引用相关的循证医学证据,为临床医生提供参考.

abstractsBotulinum toxin type A, widely used in facial aesthetics for treating facial wrinkles and contouring in China, has shown sufficient clinical safety and efficacy supported by many studies. Based on a survey of clinical experiences collected from a group of plastic surgeons, we summarized the key opinions and evidences from these experts to develop an expert consensus on optimizing the clinical applications of botulinum toxin type A in facial aesthetics. Literature reviews were also conducted to provide relevant evidence-based recommendations for clinical practitioners.
