摘要该文通过复习文献,对注射美容技术相关临床问题进行综述.注射美容技术的应用日趋广泛,A型肉毒毒素注射一直位于所有注射美容治疗项目的首位,透明质酸的使用量占据了填充材料的首位.关于肉毒毒素、透明质酸注射相关的应用解剖、技术操作、注意事项的研究层出不穷.但各种严重并发症仍时有发生,如何进行风险管控,争取将风险降到最低,将效果提升到最大,是注射美容领域必需关注和解决的问题.

abstractsIn recent years,injection cosmetic has been favored and sought after by more and more cosmetic surgery patients.Injection cosmetic technique is used widely,botulinum toxin type A injection has been turned into the first place of all injection cosmetic treatment projects, the use of hyaluronic acid occupied the first place of filling materials. There are numerous researches on applies anatomy, technical operation and matters needing attention related to botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid injection. However, serions complications still occur from time to time,so how to manage the risk? Trying to minimize the risk and maximize the effect is an important issue in the field of injection cosmetic. By reviewing the literature, this paper intends to review the relevant clinical problems.
