摘要自体颗粒脂肪移植因其取材丰富、组织相容性好,近年来广泛应用于临床及科研探索.目前已有众多学者针对提高自体脂肪移植成活率做了大量研究,不仅着眼于脂肪移植的成活理论、各步骤操作过程、评估指标及术后处理等,还涉及到各个相关领域,如组织工程、基因工程、缓释技术等.该文对这些影响自体脂肪移植成活率的相关因素进行了综述.
