摘要自体脂肪具有来源丰富、易于获取、无免疫排斥、可重复利用、价格低廉、手术操作相对简单等优点,在整形外科广泛应用于修复重建及整形美容领域。脂肪组织含丰富的脂肪干细胞和细胞因子,可刺激组织再生,但由于传统获取的脂肪颗粒直径较大,难以应用于真皮深层及皮下层。2013年纳米脂肪概念被首次提出,即将负压抽取的自体颗粒脂肪予以机械乳化过滤。该文回顾近几年纳米脂肪相关文献,就其制备、命名及基础和临床应用的研究进展作一综述。

abstractsAutogenous fat has been widely used in the field of plastic and aesthetic surgery due to its rich source, easy harvesting, no immune rejection, reusable, low cost and relatively simple operation.Fat tissue is rich in fat stem cells and cytokines, which can stimulate tissue regeneration. However, due to the large diameter of fat particles obtained by traditional method, it is difficult to apply them to the deep dermis and subcutaneous layer.In 2013, the concept of nanofat was first proposed, in which autogenous granular fat extracted by negative pressure was mechanically emulsified and filtered.This paper reviews the recent literature on the preparation and naming of nanofat, as well as the basic research and clinical applications.
