摘要拱顶石穿支岛状皮瓣具有设计简单、术时较短、血供可靠等特点，适用于缺损较大且不适合植皮修复的创面，现已广泛用于全身大多数部位，并在临床运用中不断改良。该文综述了拱顶石穿支岛状皮瓣的特点、手术方法、经典术式、改良术式、最新临床应用进展以及该皮瓣的局限性。

abstractsThe keystone design perforator island flap(KDPIF)is suitable for wound with large defect that skin graft repair cannot be applied. It has been widely used in most parts of the body and has been constantly improved in clinical application. This flap has the characteristics of simple design, short operation time and reliable blood supply. By searching relevant literatures, this paper retrospectively analyzed the characteristics, surgical technique, classic surgical method, improved surgical method, latest clinical application and limitations of KDPIF.
