换一批摘要面部不对称在人群中较为常见，严重的面部不对称导致颜面部形态异常的同时危害其生理功能。其中以面中下部畸形变异为主，当前针对面中下部不对称畸形矫正的外科治疗手段繁多，但未成体系。该文通过回顾性分析其病因分类、评估方法以及外科治疗手段，以期针对面中下部不对称畸形提供系统性的颅颌面外科治疗策略。

abstractsFacial asymmetry is common in the population. Severe facial asymmetry will lead to abnormal facial morphology, and endanger its physiological function as well. Among them, the deformity of the middle and lower face has a large variation. Currently, there are many surgical treatments for the correction of mid-lower asymmetric facial deformity, but there is no systematic treatment strategy. This article provides a craniomaxillofacial surgical strategy for mid-lower facial asymmetry by reviewing the etiological classification, evaluation method, and surgical treatment.
