摘要眶隔脂肪重置可同时解决眼袋和泪沟问题，近年已逐步成为眼袋整形手术中的常规辅助术式。随着下睑韧带和组织间隙的进一步明确，眶隔脂肪重置术式不断推陈出新，很多手术细节有较大改变，尤见于内路眶隔脂肪重置术。该文就眶隔脂肪重置的历史和解剖进行回顾，并对手术中所涉及的手术入路、眶隔处理、脂肪重置层次、脂肪固定方式和并发症等关键问题进行了全面系统综述。

abstractsFat repositioning is increasingly advocated as an adjunctive technique in low eyelid blepharoplasty for its excellent rejuvenating effect on tear trough and baggy eyelids. As the tear trough ligaments and facial spaces were defined, various modified techniques of fat repositioning had been reported, especially in transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty. This article reviewed the history and anatomy of orbital fat repositioning and analyzed the technique-related dissection approaches, septal reset, fat repositioning planes, fixation method, and complications, which may provide a theory guide in clinic practice.
