换一批摘要患者为青年女性，注射A型肉毒毒素7 d后出现头晕乏力、视物模糊等症状，诊断为A型肉毒毒素中毒，经肉毒抗毒素治疗8 d后症状基本消失出院。应用抗毒素治疗医源性肉毒毒素中毒的案例报道不多，该文总结了该病例的诊治过程并结合文献回顾，为肉毒抗毒素的应用补充了临床数据。

abstractsThe patient was a young female who developed dizziness, weakness, blurred vision and other symptoms 7 days after injection of botulinum toxin type A. She was diagnosed with iatrogenic botulism. The symptoms disappeared and the patient was discharged after 8 days of antitoxin treatment. As the application of antitoxin for the treatment of iatrogenic botulism was rarely reported, here we described one case. Combined with literature review, we hope to provide supplementary data for the clinical application of antitoxin.
