摘要阴道缺损是女性生殖道畸形的表现之一，可因先天发育异常或会阴部肿瘤、外伤、产伤等后天因素造成。对于跨性别女性患者，则是在心理上缺失阴道。阴道再造应用于阴道功能不完善的女性及要求成为女性的跨性别患者，主要有非手术和手术治疗2种方法。近年来，随着医疗技术的进步，阴道再造术有了进一步的发展。该文对于阴道再造的历史、非手术和手术治疗方法的进展进行综述。

abstractsVaginal agenesis is one of the manifestations of malformations of the female genital tract, which can be caused by congenital developmental abnormalities or acquired factors such as perineal tumors, trauma or abstetric injuries. For transgender female patients, the absence of the vagina is primarily psychological. Vaginal reconstruction is used in women with a dysfunctional vagina and those who desire to become female, and can be divided into non-surgical and surgical treatment. In recent years, vaginal reconstruction has been further developed with advances in medical technology. This article provided an overview of the history of vaginal reconstruction and the advances in non-surgical and surgical treatment methods.
