摘要乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，且其发病率逐年上升。虽然乳腺癌的肿瘤治疗显著提高了患者的生存率，但肿瘤治疗相关的乳房外观受损常常给患者带来长期且严重的身心困扰。乳房再造术作为一种有效改善外观、减轻心理负担的手段，逐渐成为乳腺癌治疗的重要组成部分。乳房再造能够改善患者的身体形象与自信心，对心理健康、社会活动参与及性健康等方面产生积极影响。我国乳房再造率仍较低，提升潜力巨大。随着乳腺癌治疗水平的不断提高，患者对乳房再造的需求逐渐增加，相关技术、理念与材料持续发展。因此，制订和更新乳腺癌患者乳房再造的治疗指南显得尤为重要。在2016版指南的基础上，指南制定工作组遴选了乳腺癌术后乳房再造的相关临床问题，经过证据检索、证据评价和专家讨论，形成了推荐意见，以期能够进一步规范乳房再造技术的发展并促进乳腺癌患者乳房再造的治疗。

abstractsBreast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women. Its incidence rate is increasing year by year. Although tumor treatment for breast cancer has significantly improved the survival rate of patients, the breast appearance damage related to tumor treatment often brings long-term and serious physical and mental distress to patients. Breast reconstruction, as an effective measure to improve appearance and reduce psychological burden, has gradually become an important part of breast cancer treatment. Breast reconstruction can improve patients’ body image and self-confidence, has a positive impact on mental health, participation in social activities and sexual health, etc. The rate of breast reconstruction in our country is still relatively low, and there is huge potential for improvement. With the continuous improvement of the treatment level of breast cancer, the demand of patients for breast reconstruction is gradually increasing, and the related technologies, concepts and materials continue to develop. Therefore, it is particularly important to formulate and update the clinical practice guideline for breast reconstruction in patients with breast cancer. Based on the 2016 version of the guideline, the guideline working group selected the relevant clinical issues of breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery. Through evidence retrieval, evidence evaluation and expert discussion, recommendations were formed, with the expectation of further standardizing the development of breast reconstruction technology and promoting the treatment of breast reconstruction in breast cancer patients.
