摘要牙槽嵴裂是一种常见的先天性畸形,由球状突与上颌突融合障碍所致,是唇腭裂的常见合并症,最有效的治疗方法是植骨术。牙槽嵴裂植骨术前多采用二维或三维的影像学技术进行评估,近年来计算机辅助工程、人工智能、三维打印技术等新兴领域的发展,为牙槽嵴裂植骨术前评估提供了新的思路与方法。然而,该手术在手术时机选择上仍存在争议,手术入路、切口设计等方面仍处于临床探索并不断改进之中。该文对牙槽嵴裂植骨术前数字化评估与手术相关研究进展进行了综述。

abstractsAlveolar cleft is a common congenital malformation caused by the fusion disorder of the globular process and maxillary process. It is a common comorbidity of cleft lip and palate, and the most effective treatment method is bone grafting. Alveolar cleft is usually evaluated using two-dimensional or three-dimensional (3D) imaging techniques before bone grafting. In recent years, the development of emerging fields such as computer aided engineering, artificial intelligence, and 3D printing technology has provided new ideas for the preoperative assessment of alveolar cleft bone grafting. However, the selection of the surgical timing remains controversial, and aspects such as surgical approaches and incision design are still in clinical exploration and continuous improvement. This article reviewed the progress of digital assessment before alveolar bone grafting and related surgical research.
