摘要乳房假体包膜挛缩是隆乳术后并发症之一，其成因涉及多种因素，目前以手术治疗为主。该文通过回顾相关文献，对治疗包膜挛缩的不同手术方法优缺点进行了总结和分析，并对相关辅助治疗技术及材料进行了介绍，如内窥镜辅助包膜切除术、脉冲灌注在包膜挛缩中的应用等；同时，对肿瘤及乳房假体相关疾病包膜处理方法进行了探讨，以供临床医生参考。

abstractsCapsular contracture of breast implants is one of the complications after breast augmentation surgery, and its causes involve multiple factors. Currently, surgical treatment is the primary approach. This article reviewed the relevant literature, summarized and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different surgical method for treating capsular contracture. It also introduced related adjuvant treatment techniques and materials, such as endoscope-assisted capsulectomy and the application of pulsatile perfusion for the management of capsular contracture. Additionally, it discussed method for managing the capsule in tumor and breast implant-related diseases, providing a reference for clinical practitioners.
