视盘区视网膜神经纤维层厚度对糖尿病周围神经病变的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of optic disc retinal nerve fiber layer thickness for diabetic peripheral neuropathy

摘要目的:本文探讨视盘区视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)厚度对糖尿病周围神经病变的诊断价值.创新点:在进行糖尿病眼底检查的同时进行糖尿病周围神经病变的筛查,可以提高糖尿病周围神经病变的筛查效率.方法:本文选择2型糖尿病患者无合并周围神经病变、2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变和健康对照组为研究对象,应用光学相干断层成像技术测定视盘区四个象限和整体平均RNFL厚度并进行比较,评估视盘区RNFL厚度对糖尿病周围神经病变的诊断价值.结论:视盘区RNFL厚度可以作为糖尿病周围神经病变的一种诊断手段.
