多细胞肿瘤球体培养技术在膀胱癌治疗中的研究进展
Progress of multi-cellular tumor spheroids culture technique for treatment of bladder cancer
摘要细胞培养是生物学研究的重要工具.为了更好地研究发病机制及治疗手段,越来越多的研究者应用三维细胞培养术来研究肿瘤,使其培养环境更接近于人体肿瘤微环境.三维培养模型的应用得益于组织工程技术的进步,其各种模型种类较多.与传统的二维细胞培养相比较,三维细胞培养可以更好地模拟人类组织细胞中不同的生理特点,包括细胞的增殖分化及细胞与细胞之间、细胞与细胞外基质之间的相互作用等.文章主要对三维细胞培养技术中的多细胞肿瘤球体技术及其在膀胱癌治疗中的进展作一综述.

abstractsCell culture is an important tool for biological research.To better understand the pathogenesis and therapeutic methods of the tumors,the three-dimensional cell culture is applied by more and more researchers to create a culture environment that closes to the tumor microoenvironment.Thanks to the advances in the tissue engineering technology,many kinds of models of the three-dimensional cell culture achieve wide accessibility.Compared with the traditional two-dimensional cell culture,the three-dimensional cell culture is better in simulating physiological features of the human histology and cells,including cell proliferation and differentiation,the interaction of cell to cell and cell to matrix.This paper reviews the progress of multi-cellular tumor spheroids (MCTS) culture technique of the three-dimensional cell culture for treatment of bladder cancer.
