摘要篇首： In general, there are two methods to achieve statistical inference of qualitative data of paired design: hypothesis testing (including the differ- ence test and the consistent test) and interval esti- mation, which will be introduced in this article in detail.Aside from this, this article will also introduce the corresponding SAS software package realization.
